At Vela Oman, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or washing
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories, jewelry, and personal items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
